A gifted and innovative facilitator, Ingrid brings fresh approaches and creative solutions to organizational transformation, leadership effectiveness, team performance and community building.
For over 25 years, Ingrid has worked with hundreds of leadership teams as well as with consultants, coaches, and trainers. She brings expertise, creativity, and vitality to projects that require high-level alignment and commitment. She is on the faculty of Marlboro Graduate School, Leadership Pioneer Valley and Leadership Institute for Political and Public Impact. Her comprehensive repertoire of resources includes leading-edge models; learning and assessment tools; surveys; teleclasses and e-learning techniques. She developed and teaches LifeShaping: Designing Extraordinary Futures at international learning centers and resorts. Ingrid has worked and studied in Europe and Asia. She earned her master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven.
She has served on boards of directors of Western New England Organization Development Network, Southern Connecticut Chapter of American Society of Training and Development, Music for People, Company of Friends, and Women’s Business Owners Alliance,

ASSOCIATES, EXPERTS, AND ADVISERS:
Linda Berger Spivack, RN, MS, CENP is the Statewide Director of the Connecticut Nursing Collaborative – Action Coalition. Prior to her CNC-AC appointment, Linda served as Patient Care Services at Hartford Hospital. She held previous appointments at MidState Medical Center where she served as the Vice President of Patient Care Services, Director of Transition Planning, and Director of Nursing Administration, Education and Research and was adjunct faculty at the University of Hartford. Linda has provided consultation services in the area of hospital space redesign, operational planning, management development, and care delivery model design.
Linda received an A.A.S. from Phillips Beth Israel School of Nursing, a B.S. from Stern College for Women, and M.S. in Nursing from Hunter College, City University of New York. Linda is currently attending the Ph.D. in Nursing program at The Graduate Center, City University of New York. Linda serves on several community boards and is a founding member of the Connecticut Partnership for Patient Safety.
Linda possesses passions for teaching and for leadership. At the CNC-AC, she advises, co-leads, and executes multiple statewide efforts harnessing the power of the largest segment of the healthcare workforce, Nurses, to partner with physicians, healthcare organizations, and consumers to meet this emerging demand. Collaboratively, focusing to implement the core recommendations outlined in the Institute of Medicine’s report, Future of Nursing: Leading Change, Advancing Health. Linda also presents and is invited to lecture on Patient Safety, Shared Governance, Nursing Leadership, and Caring Cultures. Mostly, Linda finds the greatest joy in caring for others and mentoring other leaders.
