This process, known as TRANSITION proceeds along three phases-ENDINGS, NEUTRAL ZONE and NEW BEGINNINGS-and is almost always slower than the actual change.
In this practical and interactive workshop, you will explore the three phases of transition and apply them to your personal and professional circumstances. You'll gain insights into your own 'transition style,' learn how to tap your creativity and innovation at each stage, and become more resourceful and confident in the face of change.
