Ingrid Bredenberg: Founder & President
A gifted and innovative facilitator, Ingrid brings fresh approaches and creative solutions to organizational transformation, leadership effectiveness, team performance and community building.

For over 20 years, Ingrid has worked with hundreds of leadership teams as well as with consultants, coaches and trainers. She brings expertise, creativity and vitality to projects that require high level alignment and commitment. Her comprehensive repertoire of resources includes leading-edge models; learning and assessment tools; surveys, teleclasses and e-learning techniques. She developed and teaches LifeShaping: Designing Extraordinary Futures at international learning centers and resorts. Ingrid has worked and studied in Europe and Asia. She earned her master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven.

She has served on boards of directors of Western New England ODN, Southern Connecticut Chapter of American Society of Training and Development, Music for People, Company of Friends and Women's Business Owners Alliance.

Doug McDonnell: Executive Coach & Facilitator
With over 25 years experience consulting to the electric and gas utility industry, Doug is a skillful facilitator of organizational change strategies. He incorporates the latest technologies to help leaders and organizations achieve their desired results. He is both facilitative and consultative in his approach, and is ultimately dedicated to creating customer delight. He has designed and guided the implementation of organizational improvement change efforts using OD technology. His experience includes Change Management, Organization Design, Strategic Planning, Team Building, Executive Coaching and Mutual Gains negotiations.

He received his Master's degree in Organization & Management from Antioch New England Graduate School. He has completed certificate programs in Myers-Briggs, DiSC Indra, Leadership Assessment, PDI Profiler (360 Evaluation), Cornell University - Mutual Gains negotiations, Kepner Tregoe PSDM, and PathWise - Cause Analysis

                                                                                                               

Brian Wing: Senior Consultant

Brian brings over 30 years of executive management experience in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.  He has guided and managed organizations of up to 5,000 employees through acquisitions, mergers, down- and right-sizings.  Brian has served on several national association boards in the human services field and chaired both a multi-state coalition and a national organization responsible for delivering financial services to state citizens.  He brings a ground-level experience and perspective to clients in addressing their organizational needs.  Brian has a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy.
 



Henry White: Community Development Associate
 A long-time advocate for youth, Henry White brings over tweleve years experience in community mobilization to workforce development and training efforts. He has worked extensively to build the leadership capacity of community-based organizations whose primary mission is to empower “at promise” youth through employment skills training, peer leadership, re-entry services, prevention and alternative education programs. 
He facilitated the process to build a youth center in Middletown, CT and served as its Program Director.  Henry served as project manager for several U.S. Dept. of Labor initiatives, including overseeing the development of the Hartford Job Corps Center, providing training and consultation to Job Corps Centers across the country, managing youth offender grants, and creating linkages between employers and community workforce efforts.

Accomplishments:
•    Helped establish Greater Hartford Youth Development Practitioners Academy
•    Collaborated with Connecticut Business & Industry Association in presenting the YES  (Youth Employability Skills) Academy
•    Received Hartford Mayor’s Catch Award for outstanding youth advocacy

Josh's graphic design is informed by a  deep understanding of the strategic process, from development to execution.  For 10 years, Josh has developed visual identities for world-class businesses created from rock-solid strategies.

An intuitive facilitator of the creative process, Josh brings fresh ideas and inspiration to senior teams, marketers and business leaders seeking to further define the direction of their brand. Framing the strategic direction in visual terms, Josh's process delivers an end result that the entire organization can rally behind: a brand that brings focus to the values of the organization.

His work with Bredenberg Associates began from the inside out when he facilitated the progression from Human Resource Innovations to Bredenberg Associates in 2007. Now, he continues to collaborate with the BA team in bringing their clients' strategic visions to life.
